À la carte menus offer classic European and African-fusion dishes that are always delicious and sometimes a touch exotic.
To prepare them, our chefs use the freshest seasonal ingredients, celebrating local produce. The results are meals that are perfectly cooked and full of wholesome flavour to tempt every palate.
Our chefs take pride in meeting any dietary requirement (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) and preference – kids also have their own full menus. And there are always treats to look forward to in between…
If you would like us to arrange something a little more romantic, private dining is a moment made for two. We will set a table in your Suite, on your terrace, or in a secluded corner of the gardens. Fresh flowers, or softly glowing lanterns, and a personal butler at your service will add to the ambiance.
The Wine Cellar
Wine pairings elevate your dining experiences and our cellar houses a fine collection. Lovingly gathered, it favours some of South Africa’s premium wine producers, as well as lesser-known ones adding to the sense of discovery. Cellar private tastings to explore further can also be arranged.
At The Pool
On summer days, you need not move from the poolside. Tasty snacks and light lunches are served from the restaurant to your shaded lounger – as are refreshing drinks from the bar. This sun-splashed area is the ideal spot to try one of our specialty cocktails or sip on a glass of crisp wine.
